Designing multifamily buildings
Designing multifamily buildings is a process that requires not only deep technical knowledge, but also an understanding of the needs of future residents. Each plan begins with a site analysis, making the best use of available space and adapting the building to its surroundings. Then, at the conceptual stage, architects and engineers work together to create functional and aesthetically appealing solutions that harmonize with current building codes. We use the same roadmap when designing public buildings and industrial facilities.
Executive design of residential buildings
Once the concept is approved, the detailed design stage begins, which includes detailed construction, installation and finishing plans. During this time, it is important that every element is carefully considered to ensure the safety and comfort of future users. The design of multifamily buildings also requires constant cooperation with local authorities to bring the project into compliance with all local law requirements.
It is worth adding something about workshop projects, which we also carry out, adapting to the commissioning manufacturing plant
Preparation of as-built documentation
The final stage is the preparation of as-built documentation, which is necessary to obtain a building occupancy permit. This documentation must include all information about the work performed, materials used and compliance with safety standards. It also includes detailed as-built drawings, technical acceptance reports and certificates of conformity for the materials and installations used. The accuracy and completeness of this documentation are crucial, as they are the basis for assessing whether the building meets all legal and technical requirements.
Residential building design
Residential design also pays attention to social and environmental aspects. Modern designs should be sustainable, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and minimizing environmental impact. By using modern technologies and materials, it is possible to design buildings that are not only beautiful, but also functional and environmentally friendly.
