Public housing - key aspects

Public housing is the foundation of communities, providing not only functional but also safe and inspiring spaces for people. There are several key aspects to consider when designing and building such facilities.

Safety is a fundamental element of any public building project. Whether for schools, medical facilities or cultural centers, it is necessary to ensure adequate safety standards to prevent accidents and hazards to users. This includes not only the design of fire protection systems, such as fire extinguishers, hydrants and alarm systems, but also the provision of adequate means of escape and adaptation of the building for people with limited mobility.
